Customer-experience, customer-focus, customer-value – all underrated

Look at this bag of tortilla chips…

Sure it’s organic, non-GMO, and nothing artificial – except that the bag is LESS THAN HALF FULL

As a consumer, what will I do?

Lose trust

I will now actively seek alternatives – and there are lots

  • Serve customers fairly
  • Treat with dignity and respect
  • Provide what you say you’ll provide
