What stuff?

What can you remove from your sales conversations, decks, presentations and process that isn’t adding value to your prospect?

Some ideas are:

  1. Fluff – features that don’t speak directly to their problem
  2. Anecdotes – stories that you like to share, but are not adding value to your prospect
  3. Filler – rather than filling the space with more words, pause and ask questions

Less is more.

  • The value you bring will be more clear.
  • The solution will be more clear.
  • The next step will be more clear.
