To script or not to script…

Do sales scripts stifle authenticity?

Some say yes

Some say no

Yes camp says:

  • you sound like a robot
  • miss key human moments
  • scripts are too rigid and inflexible

No camp says:

  • structure creates freedom
  • provides a clear road map
  • helps keep train on tracks
