Tap Into Your Sales Strengths – Not Someone Else’s

One size does not fit all when it comes to sales. While there are clear sales principles that are universal, sales styles vary.

Certain industries attract certain sales styles. In very general terms, retail tends to attract those who are patient and enjoy consistency. Start-ups attract those who love risk, change, and are willing to figure it out as they go. Etc..

What’s your sales style?

  • Are you a patient relationship builder who enjoys consistency?
  • Are you more analytical, task-oriented, methodic, and heads down?
  • Are you people-oriented, persuasive, talkative, and willing to go for it?

These are just a few sales styles.

They all work. Your context matters.

Don’t force yourself to be like others. Instead, find the context that matches your style.

Of course – learn from everyone!
