Sales Is The Opposite of What Most People Think

What most people think about selling:

1. The fast talker
2. The mover & shaker
3. Combative language
4. Super passionate and excitable
5. High pressure and manipulative tactics

But here’s what the pros do:

1. They listen well
2. They patiently move forward
3. Their words are gently firm
4. They’re calm and steady
5. They seek to help and guide

Customers universally detest the former approach.
The former approach gives sales (and your company) a bad name.

The latter approach makes all the difference.
