Ask more “free choice” questions…

They sound like this:

– Should we set up some time to chat, or not so much?

– Is it worth exploring some options, or should I get out of your hair?

– Does this address the needs of your situation, or did it miss the mark?

– Would it be impossible to get the agreement signed by Carol this month?

Free-choice questions:

  • relieve pressure
  • give prospects dignity
  • create a safe space to decide

It’s their decision after all – give it to them
