Here are 13 non-salesy ways to create demand on LinkedIn

Take/leave:

  1. Have a process…a system to collect, arrange, edit, and post ideas – whether text, video, or pics
  2. Consistently and actively engage with thoughtful comments on other’s posts
  3. Post value consistently – stuff that helps your audience
  4. Ask 10%, e.g., buy my book, sign up for newsletter
  5. Give 90% of the time – tips, guides, frameworks
  6. Use only relevant hashtags to your context
  7. Speak to one topic from 100s of angles
  8. Learn from Justin Welsh on LinkedIn
  9. Reach out “just to connect” not sell
  10. Get on calls – just to connect
  11. Play the long game
  12. Post consistently
  13. Buy my book 🙂
