New to sales may be an advantage

Know why people new to sales often knock it out of the park?

  •  they don’t know anything
  • they listen more
  • they haven’t picked up the jargon
  • they have to ask more questions
  • they naturally pause more because they “don’t know it all” 
  • they let the prospect talk

There are a lot of lessons here:

  • stay curious
  • listen
  • skip the jargon
  • ask more questions
  • pause more
  • create space

Keep it simple!
