In sales…and in life

In sales – and in life – too often we stand in judgement. This creates fear and shame.

This isn’t any fun.

Instead, curiosity and “standing” in awe and wonder are far better levers to pull.

Consider starting with something as simple as:

“Huh, that’s interesting….tell me more…”

Or, “That’s so interesting, what makes you say that?”

Or, “I’m so glad you brought that up, can you unpack that?”

  • Curiosity is endless…
  • Judgment sucks the life out of you – and your prospect
