7 ideas that might help:
- Set the standard for what is good – make it crystal clear (zero ambiguity)
- When in role play stay in role play, no laughing (or fooling around)
- Let folks get their baby giraffe legs, then role play harder stuff
- Have peers provide positive feedback first – only positives
- Ask participants what they’d do differently, if anything
- Then ask permission to critique (safe place is key)
- Listen back to live calls & rinse/repeat above
