It’s structured role play…

7 ideas that might help:

  1. Set the standard for what is good – make it crystal clear (zero ambiguity)
  2. When in role play stay in role play, no laughing (or fooling around)
  3. Let folks get their baby giraffe legs, then role play harder stuff
  4. Have peers provide positive feedback first – only positives
  5. Ask participants what they’d do differently, if anything
  6. Then ask permission to critique (safe place is key)
  7. Listen back to live calls & rinse/repeat above
