Try asking more “free choice” questions
Here’s a few suggestions (tone matters):
- Should we set up some time to chat, or not so much?
- Does this meet the needs of your situation, or did it miss the mark?”
- Is it worth exploring some solutions, or should I get out of your hair?”
What do these types of questions do?
- Creates a safe space
- Builds buyer confidence
- Gives prospects dignity to make the decision for themselves
