Grab & Hold Prospect Attention

Three principles to grab and hold your prospect’s attention:

  1. Keep it simple
  2. Brains remember pains
  3. Clearly defined next step

My fav example comes from a guy named Dennis

He seals driveways.

His sign:

  • DENNIS’ BASIC 
  • SEALCOATING
  • 123-456-7891

Simplicity: yup

Pain: alleviated – it’s basic

Next step: call the tel number
