Get clear on your sales process – boil it down

The sales process can be boiled down to three simple words: Problem, Solution, Action (PSA)

  1. Elevator pitch – PSA: Problem introduced, high-level Solution, invite to Action
  2. Discovery – PSA: Problems discussed, Solutions explored, invite to Action
  3. Presentation – PSA: Problems confirmed, Solutions presented, invite to Action

Knowing your sales process matters.

  • It boosts your confidence
  • Creates clarity for your buyer
  • And it boosts your buyers confidence

Too many sales processes try to wrangle the buyer in.

Instead, help them solve their problem.
