Try this PSA format:
- Problem – get clear on the problem you solve for your customers. This is the thing you help people overcome, breakthrough, reduce…etc. Reflect on why solving this particular problem matters – both the good and the bad. Know it cold.
- Solution – invite people into your unique solution to solve this problem. Show the way you’re overcoming this problem, casting vision to join you in this new way of doing things by showing a clear path forward. Keep it simple.
- Action – offer a free choice to take the journey with you. This should be a clear next step, e.g., Does it make sense for us to continue the conversation, or should we part ways here? Freedom of choice is key.
