Prospects often don’t do what we want because we’re not clear.
We need to help them:
- Remove the empty toilet paper roll
- Throw the empty toilet paper roll in the trash
- Insert a new toilet paper roll, with the paper over the top

- Because you know your product and service so well you risk making assumptions
- Consider asking someone who doesn’t know your product or service
