Be clear with your prospects

I asked my son to put some toilet paper in the bathroom.

He technically did, resting it on the towel rack.

Sales lesson:

Prospects often don’t do what we want because we’re not clear.

We need to help them:

  1. Remove the empty toilet paper roll
  2. Throw the empty toilet paper roll in the trash
  3. Insert a new toilet paper roll, with the paper over the top

You get the idea 🙂

Action step:

  1. Because you know your product and service so well you risk making assumptions
  2. Consider asking someone who doesn’t know your product or service
  3. Was your process clear to them?
