These words can be replaced with:
- Serve
- Respect
- Lead
- Guide
Think about how these words shift expectations:
- How are you serving your prospects?
- Are you treating people with dignity and respect?
- Are you leading well – is your process clear…?
Rather than words that reflect toxic bravado, these words can make us better at helping people get to where they want to go…
